Doodle Loop Wiki
How to play
The core loop is simple — draw fast, close clean, and filter by color.
Goal
Score as many points as possible before you lose all three lives. Your personal best is saved locally on the device.
Controls
- Press and drag anywhere on the playfield to draw a laser loop with your finger or mouse.
- Release to attempt closing the loop. The game snaps your stroke shut when the end crosses near an earlier point.
- Use the pause button to resume or return to the menu mid-run.
Valid loops
A loop resolves successfully when all of these are true:
- The stroke is long enough and encloses a meaningful area (tiny scribbles are rejected).
- The path closes — you cannot leave an open scribble hanging.
- At least one doodle orb lies fully inside the enclosed shape.
- Every captured orb shares the same color (pink, cyan, gold, or violet).
- No void ink orb (marked ✕) is trapped inside.
Failed loops
Loops that are too small, not closed, empty, mixed-color, or that include void ink are rejected. Void ink and mixed-color mistakes cost one heart. Other rejections simply cancel the stroke with a hint toast.
The playfield
Orbs spawn continuously and drift with gentle physics, bouncing off the paper edges. More orbs appear as your score and level rise. Void ink becomes slightly more common at higher levels.
Game over
When all three hearts are gone, the run ends. On supported portals you may watch a rewarded ad for a one-time continue — see Mechanics for details.
Menu flow
- Tap Let's Play on the splash screen.
- Press Play on the menu to start a fresh run.
- Draw loops during play; the on-screen hint disappears after your first stroke.
